Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Officer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves interacting with clients to sell Aczet's products and services, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Sales and Service Officer will also assist with product training, provide post-sales support, and contribute to sales management strategies to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and build long-term relationships
- Competency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in training customers on product usage and providing post-sales support
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Jewellery, laboratory, or manufacturing equipment's is a plus
