Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales and Leasing Agent will handle daily responsibilities that include leasing residential properties, managing lease processes, coordinating with property management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
They will also provide exceptional customer service, negotiate lease terms, and ensure an efficient and positive experience for tenants and property owners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
- Experience in Property Management, with a strong understanding of property regulations and operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the real estate market and trends, particularly in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license preferred
