Role overview
The Senior Safety Engineer leads HSE supervision to support safe execution of construction activities in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety systems and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure control measures are in place for deep excavation, temporary works stability, confined space activities, heavy lifting, hot works, and high-density MEP installations.
- Inspect site operations, identify hazards, and ensure timely corrective actions to mitigate risk and prevent incidents.
- Coordinate with construction and engineering teams.
- Ensure permit-to-work compliance and promote safety awareness among site personnel.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting to support continuous improvement in safety performance.
