Leads HSE supervision to ensure construction activities are executed safely and comply with project and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety systems for construction work.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective controls for deep excavation, temporary works stability, confined spaces, heavy lifting, hot works, and high-density MEP installations.
- Inspect site operations, identify hazards, and ensure timely corrective action to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
- Coordinate with construction and engineering teams.
- Ensure permit-to-work compliance and promote safety awareness among site personnel.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting to support continuous improvement in safety performance.
Requirements
- Experience leading HSE supervision for construction activities.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and establish effective controls for high-risk operations, including deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, heavy lifting, hot works, and high-density MEP installations.
- Ability to inspect site operations, identify hazards, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Ability to coordinate with construction and engineering teams and promote safety awareness among site personnel.
- Ability to maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting.
