Safety Senior Engineer role in Heavy Civil Infrastructure, based in Dubai.
Leads HSE supervision to support safe construction execution in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety systems and conduct risk assessments.
- Establish effective controls for deep excavation, temporary works stability, confined spaces, heavy lifting, hot works, and high-density MEP installations.
- Inspect site operations, identify hazards, and ensure timely corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
- Coordinate with construction and engineering teams; ensure permit-to-work compliance.
- Promote safety awareness among site personnel and maintain HSE documentation and reporting for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Required experience: 12–15 years.
Skills
- Listed skills include accident investigation, construction safety, EHS awareness and strategy formulation, industrial safety, inspection, occupational health, and risk assessment.
