Safety Assistant Engineers support HSE procedures across heavy civil infrastructure site operations to maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor confined space entry, TBM backup operations, lifting activities, electrical works, and cross passage construction.
- Ensure work follows approved permits and safety standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections, identify hazards, report them promptly, and ensure corrective action during each shift.
- Coordinate with supervisors and safety teams to promote safety awareness and maintain regulatory and project compliance.
- Help prevent incidents and unsafe practices on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Required experience: 7–8 years.
- Knowledge areas include EHS, EHS awareness, inspection, risk assessment, and safety.
Workplace
- The role supports site operations in Dubai.
