Safety Assistant Engineers support HSE procedures across site operations to maintain a safe working environment.
The posting identifies the work area as Heavy Civil Infrastructure in Dubai.
Experience and qualification
- Required experience: 5–7 years.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
Knowledge and skills
- Listed knowledge and skills include EHS awareness, inspection, risk assessment, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor confined-space entry, TBM backup operations, lifting, electrical works, and cross-passage construction.
- Check that work follows approved permits and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify hazards, and ensure prompt reporting and corrective action during each shift.
- Coordinate safety awareness and compliance with supervisors and safety teams.
- Help prevent incidents and unsafe practices on site.
