The Runner supports the service team by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests.

Service and floor support
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation, garnishes, and table placement.
- Support waiters in maintaining service pace and flow; assist with clearing and resetting tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and pass areas, and respond quickly to peak-period service needs.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar, and service teams; flag delays or issues to senior service staff and support shift handovers.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures; maintain professional appearance and conduct; support opening and closing duties.
Candidate requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, physical stamina, and reliability.
Success measures
Speed and accuracy of delivery, service flow and table turnover, cleanliness of service areas, teamwork, and reliability.
