Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guest tables and ensure correct presentation, garnishes and placement.
- Support waiters in maintaining service pace and flow.
- Clear and reset tables; keep service stations and pass areas clean.
- Respond quickly to peak-period service needs.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar and service teams and flag delays or issues to senior service staff.
- Support shift handovers, opening and closing duties.
- Follow hygiene, safety and service procedures and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Candidate requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, physical stamina and reliability.

Speed and accuracy of delivery.
