The bartender prepares and serves beverages to a consistently high standard while delivering an engaging, efficient, and professional guest experience.
Reports to the Head Mixologist or Bar Manager (AGM) in Beverage Operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes; maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure correct glassware, garnishes, and presentation.
- Engage guests, provide menu and beverage recommendations, and support upselling.
- Maintain clean, organized bar stations and follow stock, portioning, and waste-control procedures.
- Support stock counts, deliveries, and opening and closing procedures.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and licensing rules and maintain professional grooming and brand representation.
Candidate requirements
- 2–4 years of bartender experience in a quality venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure; professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Employment and workplace
- Full-time role in UAE; location is identified as Dubai.
- Bar service duties require work at the bar.
