Room cleaning and supplies
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms daily according to brand standards.
- Strip and remake beds with fresh sheets, change towels, and replenish guest amenities, including toiletries, minibar items, and coffee supplies.
Guest care and room reporting
- Inspect rooms for damage or broken items, such as burnt-out bulbs or leaking faucets, and report them promptly to the Engineering team.
- Respect Do Not Disturb signs, handle guest requests politely, and return lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Housekeeping trolley
- Restock and organize the housekeeping trolley with sufficient cleaning supplies and linens at the start and end of each shift.
Candidate qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina to lift and bend and stand for long shifts, and basic English to understand guest requests.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently under tight shift timelines.
