The Recreation Team Leader coordinates and supervises leisure operations at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta.
Facilities include an eighth-floor temperature-controlled rooftop pool, Skyline Pool Bar, fitness center, and Kids' Club.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise, and elevate daily operations across the hotel's leisure facilities.
- Ensure recreation activities, guest touchpoints, and facility conditions meet NH Collection standards.
- Lead and monitor recreation and pool attendants to provide personalized experiences for family, leisure, and corporate guests.
- Balance attentive safety management with polished guest service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong experience in recreation and leisure operations.
- Relevant professional licenses and certifications.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong guest-service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and recreation standards.
