The Housekeeping Coordinator supports hotel operations by coordinating communications, schedules, and logistics between the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams.

Core duties
- Monitor the Property Management System for check-outs, early arrivals, and stay-overs; update room status promptly.
- Coordinate daily room-cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning projects, and dispatch work orders based on occupancy and guest requests.
- Monitor and count guest amenities, linens, cleaning supplies, and uniforms; coordinate reordering with purchasing.
- Log guest requests for extra pillows, cribs, towels, or maintenance and ensure staff respond promptly.
- Maintain timesheets, attendance, lost-and-found tracking, and key-control logs.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and payroll data entry.
