Canna Cabana is hiring part-time Sales Associates for retail customer service and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, discuss their merchandise needs, and maintain product and service knowledge.
- Take orders, prepare products and merchandise for purchase, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Replenish and rotate stock, monitor satisfactory inventory levels, and assist with inventory management.
- Support merchandising, promotions, displays, and store maintenance while maintaining store standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction with the resolution process.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to maximize store sales and in-store presence.
- Answer and transfer phone calls; follow health, safety, security, and company policies.
Qualifications
- CannSell cannabis retail certification and a clean criminal background check before starting are required.
- At least 2–3 years of retail sales and customer service experience is required.
- Knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available for shift work Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to work at different locations.
- Requires teamwork, basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to educate customers without giving medical advice.
- Valid First Aid certification is an asset.
Pay and job type
- Permanent part-time role paying CAD $17.60–$18.50 per hour.
