Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen or bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the assigned area.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and good English communication.
- Two to three years of restaurant, café, hotel, or food and beverage experience is preferred.
- Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Team-oriented, positive, service-focused approach and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Arabic or other languages are an advantage; a valid food-handling or health certificate is preferred if applicable.
- Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Schedule
- The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
