Barista in the Operations / Café department, with the position located in Qatar.
Experience and coffee skills
- At least 2 years of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, and specialty coffees.
- Skilled in operating and maintaining commercial coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction, grinding, dosing, and milk steaming.
- Basic latte art knowledge is preferred.
- Prepare beverages consistently according to company recipes and quality standards.
Other qualifications
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with café inventory, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Good customer service and communication skills; English is required and Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid Qatar Food Handling/Health Certificate is preferred or must be obtained as required.
- Qatar experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is up to QAR 2,500 per month.

- In-person work location.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages consistently to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Prepare coffee through extraction, grinding, dosing, and milk steaming.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Manage café stock, rotate inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Serve customers and communicate effectively during busy periods.
- Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
