Role
The role is an F&B waiter position in a restaurant, café, hotel, or other food and beverage environment.
Experience and service knowledge
- Previous waiter or waitress experience in an F&B environment is required.
- Three to four years of relevant F&B experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, table setup, service standards, and restaurant etiquette is sought.
Candidate skills and conduct
- Strong customer-service and communication skills are required.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates should work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance are expected.
- Food safety or food handling certification is an advantage.
Schedule
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
Pay
- Pay is up to QAR 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Provide food and beverage service in a restaurant, café, hotel, or other F&B environment.
- Set up tables and follow service standards and restaurant etiquette.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
