Position Details
- Location: Doha, Qatar.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Department: Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of an assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook food according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and Kitchen Helpers within the section.
- Maintain mise en place and timely ingredient preparation.
- Monitor food stock and report required ingredients to the Sous Chef or Chef.
- Maintain workstation and equipment cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and company hygiene standards.
- Minimize food wastage and coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Require at least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position.
- Require experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or high-volume kitchen environment.
- Require strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety.
- Require the ability to work under pressure and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Require teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- A Food Handling Certificate or Health Certificate is advantageous.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 3,500 per month.
