Serves as the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations.
Provides customer service, assists with booking inquiries, and ensures accurate reservation processing.
Guest reservations and service
- Assist guests with room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently; verify guest information and payment details to confirm bookings.
- Address booking and accommodation inquiries and concerns, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Promote special offers, packages, and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
- Collaborate with the reservations team on room inventory and assist with group bookings as needed.
Role expectations
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
- Work safely and in an environmentally friendly manner to safeguard guests and colleagues and contribute to environmental conservation.
