Coordinates group reservations and supports seamless group experiences for hotel guests.
Liaises with group organizers, manages bookings, and provides customer service to group guests.
Reservations and group coordination
- Coordinate group reservations and bookings for meetings, conferences, and events; understand organizer requirements and preferences.
- Assist with negotiating group rates and contracts; monitor room inventory and availability for group bookings.
- Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes; prepare and distribute reservation confirmations and itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records of group reservations and room blocks.
Guest service and event support
- Address inquiries and concerns from organizers and guests; provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Assist with planning and executing group events and functions.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for group arrivals and departures.
Commercial collaboration and safe operations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote group bookings; participate in group sales and revenue meetings to review performance.
- Work safely and in an environmentally friendly manner to safeguard guests and colleagues and contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to company environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
