Achieve sales and revenue targets while delivering customer service and acting as a single point of contact for customer needs.
Support customers with account opening, deposits, and remittances, and advise on financial and technology solutions.
Banking services
- Provide assistance and consultation on working capital finance and term lending.
- Advise on trade services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Support sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Support insurance, treasury, and investment solutions.
- Provide premium cash management, business technology, and retail solutions for employees.
- Interact with credit analysts, unit heads, customers, regulatory authorities, the central bank, and professional advisers.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree is required; a business-related major is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant banking-sector experience, including at least 4 years in relationship management positions.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, selling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve results within defined timeframes and interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
