Role Overview
The Data, Analytics & AI Team provides data, analytics, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions, improve efficiency, and optimize returns.
The Data Science Expert will help develop the bank’s data science capabilities and increase the value derived from its data.
Potential use cases include intelligent character recognition, computer vision, behavioral analysis, early-warning analysis, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and hyper-personalization.

The Data, Analytics & AI Team provides data, analytics, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions, improve efficiency, and optimize returns.
The Data Science Expert will help develop the bank’s data science capabilities and increase the value derived from its data.
Potential use cases include intelligent character recognition, computer vision, behavioral analysis, early-warning analysis, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and hyper-personalization.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business executives and departments to deliver advanced data science solutions for implementation.
- Design, test, and launch complex analytical models using data-mining techniques on structured and unstructured data.
- Develop big data capabilities and coordinate cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Develop data-mining and collection procedures; ensure data quality and integrity; and analyze data problems.
- Plan and prioritize data projects; build analytical systems, predictive models, and AI capabilities.
- Test data-driven products, experiment with models and techniques, and present visualizations and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as data science, computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
- 7+ years of experience in data science roles; banking or fintech experience is preferred.
- Certifications in Python, R, SQL, AI, or machine learning are nice to have.
- The role calls for data analytics and data management knowledge, problem-solving, delivery focus, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
