Achieve sales and revenue targets by providing customer service and acting as a single point of contact.
Support customers with account opening, deposits, remittances, and advice on financial and technology solutions.
Key accountabilities
- Provide assistance and consultation on working capital finance and term lending.
- Support trade services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Advise on sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Support insurance, treasury, investment, premium cash-management, business-technology, and employee retail solutions.
- Coordinate with credit analysts, unit heads, customers, regulatory authorities, the central bank, and professional advisers.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related major.
- 8–10 years of relevant banking experience, including at least four years in relationship-management positions.
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the banking industry and selling skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and results orientation.
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment and work under pressure.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
