Achieve sales and revenue targets by providing high levels of customer service and acting as a single point of contact for customer needs.
Support customers with account opening, deposits, remittances, and advice on financial and technology solutions.
Enterprise Banking and Customer Support
- Consult on working capital finance and term lending.
- Support trade services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Advise on sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Support insurance, treasury, investment, premium cash management, and business technology solutions.
- Support corporate internet banking and retail solutions for employees.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business-related major.
- Eight to ten years of relevant banking-sector experience, including at least four years in relationship management positions.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of the banking industry, selling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive results within defined timeframes and interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
- Competencies include budgets and cost control, customer focus and service, global perspective, job and product knowledge, negotiation, and organizational savvy.
Key Interactions
Internal stakeholders include credit analysts and unit heads.
External stakeholders include customers, regulatory authorities and the central bank, and professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants.
