Achieve sales and revenue targets while providing high levels of customer service.
Act as a single point of contact for customers’ banking needs, from account opening and deposits to remittances and financial or technology advice.
Enterprise banking accountabilities
- Provide assistance and consultation on working capital finance and term lending.
- Support trade services including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Advise on sweep accounts and returns on customer liquidity.
- Support insurance, treasury, investment, and premium cash management solutions.
- Provide business technology solutions, corporate internet banking, and retail solutions for employees.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree; a business-related major is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant banking-sector experience, including at least 4 years in relationship management positions.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, selling skills, and ability to achieve results within defined time periods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multicultural environment.
Skills and competencies
- Customer focus, customer service, product and job knowledge, and global perspective.
- Negotiation skills, organizational savvy, and budget or cost control.
- Arabic speaking is preferred; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and work under pressure.
Key interactions
Internal contacts include credit analysts and unit heads.
External contacts include customers, regulatory authorities and the central bank, and professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
