Role Purpose
To lead the implementation, integration, and performance of restaurant applications, AI systems, and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage POS, ERP, HRMS, and AI systems
- Oversee system integration across departments
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability
- Drive IT governance, KPIs, and performance monitoring
- Lead IT teams and manage vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing both applications and infrastructure in a multi-location or enterprise environment.
- Training in enterprise application management (POS, ERP, HRMS), system integration, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong experience in enterprise systems and IT infrastructure
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
