Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven

Regional Sales Manager – GCC

to lead the growth of our skincare and personal care portfolio across the Gulf region.

The role will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, managing key distributor relationships, and executing market-specific growth strategies across the GCC.

This is an entrepreneurial role requiring someone who understands the beauty and skincare industry, has strong relationships within the region, and can build sustainable business across both traditional and modern trade channels.

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute the GCC export strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive sales growth across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors, partners and key accounts.
  • Build annual business plans and jointly execute growth initiatives with distributors.

Distributor Management

  • Manage distributor relationships across assigned markets.
  • Drive monthly business reviews, forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Monitor distributor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure effective execution of launches, promotions and visibility programs.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and route-to-market options.
  • Evaluate white space opportunities across retail, pharmacy, beauty chains and e-commerce.
  • Recommend product assortment and pricing strategy based on local consumer insights.

Key Account Management

  • Develop relationships with major retail groups, pharmacy chains, beauty retailers and online marketplaces.
  • Support distributors in negotiations with regional customers.
  • Ensure strong in-store execution and merchandising standards.

Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Work closely with the marketing team to localize campaigns for GCC markets.
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Provide market intelligence on consumer trends, competition and pricing.

Planning & Commercial Excellence

  • Prepare annual sales budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Monitor sales performance, margins and profitability.
  • Analyse market data and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.

Regulatory & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, marketing and regulatory teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support product registrations and compliance requirements for GCC markets.
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in export sales within skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing GCC markets through distributors.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and Saudi Arabia retail landscape.
  • Existing relationships with distributors and regional retail chains would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with pharmacy, beauty, modern trade and e-commerce channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across GCC markets.
