About This Role
Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and control across multiple markets in the region.
This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability, improve financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
- financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- for regional markets
- Drive
- monthly MIS, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Partner with commercial teams on
- pricing, margins, and trade spends
- Monitor and optimize
- working capital, inventory, and cash flow
- Ensure strong
- financial controls, compliance, and governance
- across markets
- Manage
- regional consolidation
- and reporting to HQ
- Support
- business expansion, new market entry, and strategic initiatives
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive
- profitability improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
- Qualified
Ca / Cpa / Acca
- 6–10 years of experience in
- FMCG / consumer goods
(mandatory)
- Strong exposure to
- multi-country/regional finance operations
- Experience in
- commercial finance and business partnering
- Solid understanding of
- supply chain finance, inventory, and distribution models
- Proficiency in
- ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
