Execute recruitment and selection activities to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions.
The position is offered under an outsourcing contract.
Key responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements and source candidates through suitable channels, databases, and networks.
- Review applications and CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and assess alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-up.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate job offers and follow up on candidate acceptance.
- Coordinate pre-employment and appointment formalities with HR and administrative teams.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners where required.
- Track vacancies, recruitment timelines, and candidate pipeline activity; provide updates and reports.
Minimum requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with CV screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and job offer processes.
- Strong candidate-management, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Candidates must currently be employed by a government entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The position is offered under an outsourcing contract.
Candidates of any nationality may be considered if they are currently employed by a government entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and have at least five years of relevant experience.
