Employee Relations Specialist supporting a government entity in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Focuses on employee support, workplace relations, complaint resolution, HR policy compliance, and coordination of employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Handle and coordinate the resolution of employee complaints, concerns, and workplace disputes.
- Promote positive employee relations and maintain a respectful, productive work environment.
- Support employee engagement, integration, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR teams on payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment requirements.
- Prepare reports on employee relations cases, recurring concerns, and HR activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a related field.
- Current or previous employment with a government entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
- Experience handling employee inquiries, complaints, workplace issues, and HR policies.
- Good knowledge of payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and impartiality.
