Recruiter role supporting a fast-growing landscaping company delivering projects and services across the UAE.
Manage end-to-end hiring for blue- and white-collar positions within and outside the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and levels.
- Source candidates locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Source, screen and interview candidates and coordinate offers for timely placements.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience covering blue- and white-collar hiring.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines.
- International recruitment experience is an advantage.
