Position summary
Project Engineer role focused on supervising on-site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and highlight potential delays.
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Oversee material requests, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.
- Support WIR, MIR, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Project Engineer experience; landscaping or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site execution procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- UAE driving license required.
