Recharging Senior Manager

• Oversee recharge business operations across indirect sales channels to ensure service availability, operational efficiency, and achievement of recharge sales targets.

• Monitor recharge sales performance and implement strategic initiatives to maximize recharge revenue, optimize channel productivity, and achieve business objectives.

• Manage relationships with recharge partners and Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) providers to ensure operational efficiency, service continuity, and alignment with business requirements.

• Lead coordination with internal stakeholders to support recharge campaigns, ensure product availability, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with approved recharge policies, operational procedures, and commercial guidelines across all recharge channels.

• Identify and highlight operational and performance problems and provide support for corrective action implementation.

• Maintain a historical record of all documents, data, and statements related to the function.

• Coordinate with Business Process Management to create and document all processes.

• Provide support in related assignments and projects as stipulated by management when needed.

• Report any issues that may pose risks to the business, operations, systems, employees, or information security to the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.

• Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.

• Prepare and develop reports effectively and efficiently.
