Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage the yearly content strategy and calendar across Postpaid, Prepaid, FTTH, Digital, B2B, Brand, and Corporate content.
  • Consolidate and assess Marketing briefs to identify content and communication requirements.
  • Develop communication plans and briefs aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the creative execution of content across relevant channels and business areas.
  • Ensure content is developed in line with approved briefs, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
  • Review and approve communication collaterals prior to launch.
  • Brief and debrief agencies on content requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Review and validate the quality of content produced by agencies and provide required feedback.
  • Manage agency reviews and performance assessments to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to understand and consolidate content requirements.
  • Facilitate content reviews and discussions with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment prior to execution.
  • Prepare and share launch reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and recommend improvements based on content performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure produced content is properly documented and archived for future reference and reuse.
  • Identify and highlight operational and performance problems and provide support for corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function.
  • Coordinate with Business Process Management to create and document all processes.
  • Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed.
  • Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.
  • Provide & develop reports in an effective and efficient manner.
