Key Accountabilities

  • Support the management and tracking of Policies, Processes, and Procedures (PPP) requests.
  • Assist in designing, documenting, and updating operational processes.
  • Support BPM awareness and engagement initiatives across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze PPP-related data to support performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain PPP performance reports and provide relevant insights.
  • Monitor and report compliance status of critical PPPs.
  • Maintain document control for Zain policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Support policy owners in documenting and reviewing PPPs in accordance with BPM Policy.
  • Coordinate with HR to support documentation alignment and with Technology teams to support process automation requirements.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders on BPM-related requirements and actions.
  • Prepare and develop departmental performance reports.
  • Support the department in meetings with relevant stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function.
  • Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed.
  • Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.
  • Identify and highlight problems and provide support when needed for corrective action implementation.
  • Provide & develop reports in an effective and efficient manner.
