Key Accountabilities
- Support day-to-day technical and commercial operations of cloud services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth delivery of cloud services.
- Monitor cloud KPIs and SLA performance and escalate identified violations when required.
- Review service quality reports, identify performance gaps, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to support the design of cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop cloud technical architectures based on best practices for public and private cloud environments.
- Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and delivery capabilities.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team on cloud technologies, solution capabilities, and migration approaches.
- Support the development and launch of end-to-end cloud offerings aligned with market and customer demands.
- Analyze market requirements and identify gaps and opportunities to support effective positioning of cloud solutions.
- Assess technology partner capabilities and support ongoing partner relationship management.
- Identify potential partnerships aligned with cloud strategy and business objectives.
- Review partner billing and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
- Support the implementation of cloud-specific GRC controls in line with applicable regulatory and security requirements, including CST, SAMA, and NCA requirements.
- Conduct cloud risk and threat assessments and identify required security controls and mitigation measures.
- Monitor the implementation of access controls, patching, anti-malware, and security monitoring requirements.
- Maintain cloud asset and data inventories to support compliance and security requirements.
- Ensure cloud solutions are aligned with technical governance methodologies and applicable security standards.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives related to cloud compliance and security activities.
- Coordinate training and staffing requirements with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to align proposed cloud solutions with operational and delivery capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between relevant teams to identify and address operational gaps.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development and maintenance of internal process documentation.
- Identify and highlight operational and performance problems and provide support for corrective action implementation.
- Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function.
- Coordinate with Business Process Management to create and document all processes.
- Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed.
- Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.
- Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.
- Provide & develop reports in an effective and efficient manner.
