About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Female Receptionist / Secretary to join our team in Musaffah Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk and reception duties professionally
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
  • Support office administration and documentation
  • Conduct telemarketing and client follow-up calls
  • Maintain professional communication with customers

Requirements

  • Female candidate only
  • Must have own visa / valid residency visa
  • Previous telemarketing experience is required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Must be currently available in Abu Dhabi
  • Immediate joiners preferred

• Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: To be discussed during interview
