We are seeking a professional and friendly **Customer Service & Receptionist** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Handle basic front desk and receptionist duties
  • Support daily administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of **Arabic and English (spoken and written)**
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform **receptionist duties including front desk management, calls, and visitor handling**
