Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Medical Receptionist to join our reputable Medical/Dental Polyclinic in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate with a strong background in the medical/dental field, with a proven ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
.
Welcome and assist patients professionally.
.
Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and schedule appointments.
.
Handle patient records and billing.
.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
.
Update insurance information in the clinic’s system.
.
Verify insurance eligibility using the OpenJet Portal, especially for Daman and Thiqa health insurance providers.
.
Assist patients with understanding their insurance coverage, co-pays/patient share.
.
Follow up with leads and patient inquiries.
.
Promote dental treatments and membership/packages.
.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff.
.
Maintain excellent customer service experience.
& Qualifications
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Good computer knowledge
