About This Role

Overview

  • Arabic speaker and must be female
  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally and guide them regarding available services.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to court services, legal applications, attestation, typing, and other government-related procedures.
  • Manage front desk operations including appointments, token systems, and customer flow.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Verify customer documents before processing and guide clients on required documents and procedures.
  • Assist customers in completing forms and understanding service requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and legal documents.
  • Escalate customer complaints or urgent matters to the concerned supervisor or department.
  • Support administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
