The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will also contribute to achieving sales targets through excellent communication and service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Support the sales process and maintain client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional, and presentable personality.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation
- AED 5,000 to 6000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
