Position: Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and compassionate **UAE National (Emirati)** Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Family Book Required.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Register patients and update patient records accurately.
  • Verify insurance details and assist with administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and other front-desk administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.
