Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Riyadh.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing reception-area inquiries.

Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and supporting meeting room bookings.

The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as preparing documents, updating records, and assisting with administrative requests from various teams.

The Receptionist is expected to provide professional, courteous customer service to internal and external stakeholders while upholding KILONEWTONS’ values and standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing front desk operations, handling mail, and maintaining records.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, relay messages accurately, and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address inquiries, support visitors, and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy reception environment.
  • Relevant experience in a receptionist or front office role in a corporate or professional setting is beneficial; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
