Role Description

The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships.

This role includes overseeing key accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored engineering and construction solutions.

The Key Account Manager will develop account plans, monitor performance against targets, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare clear reports and forecasts.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
