Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Riyadh.

The Human Resources Specialist will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.

Daily responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, coordinating benefits administration, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with managers to address personnel matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company ethics guidelines, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

The Human Resources Specialist will also contribute to HR projects that strengthen company culture, support diversity, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in operational HR support.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and record-keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
