Role Description

The Assistant Manager role at KILONEWTONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.

The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

This role will assist in resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvements, and help implement company policies, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.

The role also involves helping manage documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and ethical work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar), and comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles, including planning, risk awareness, and stakeholder coordination; prior experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, showing adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or ongoing professional development are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, culturally aware manner.
