Urgent Hiring – Female Receptionist
We are urgently looking for a Female Receptionist to join our team immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Office 365, and OneDrive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them appropriately
- Sending information and documents to clients via email and courier
- Monitoring and handling daily attendance
- Handling and monitoring sample lists for clients
- Filing and maintaining important documents and records
- Preparing documentation for outgoing and incoming couriers
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing couriers and reporting the status to the concerned person
- Preparing quotations and order details for submission to clients
- Performing administrative tasks to support proper documentation and record maintenance of important company files
- Listing, assisting, and preparing Amazon orders
