Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor handling
- Answer calls and coordinate appointments
- Post job vacancies and screen CVs
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee files and records
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
✔ Good communication skills in English
✔ Presentable and professional personality
✔ Basic HR / Recruitment knowledge preferred
✔ Computer & MS Office skills
✔ Freshers are welcome to apply
