Hiring: Female Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage emails, couriers, and office correspondence
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages such as arabic are an advantage
