About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist with previous experience in a fitness studio or gym environment.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the daily operations of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Manage class schedules, memberships, and appointment bookings
- Process memberships, renewals, payments, and basic cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Provide information about studio services, classes, promotions, and policies
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Address member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support sales efforts by promoting memberships and packages
- Maintain accurate member records, reports, and filing systems
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fitness studio, gym, wellness center, or similar environment
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office, email systems, booking platforms, and POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English is required

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Applicants with relevant fitness industry experience and strong computer skills will be given preference.
